I purchased this saw because I have a yard full of bushes that I keep cut back Some of the limbs are too thick for a hedge trimmer, so I use a small hand saw on those. A hand saw is not the ideal tool to use inside of a thick bush. After doing some research I decided to buy the Zeeksaw and I was amazed at its performance. I have no regrets! It came with 2 batteries, and I'm totally satisfied with the battery performance. I had to retighten the chain a couple times, but the thicker the limb the better the saw performed. It's very light and durable and for the price you can't beat it.

I've only used this once so far but it worked great. Needed to get into some tight spots that my 18" chainsaw couldn't get to and this was perfect size. I like that it has an oil tank - even though it needs to be manually activated - better than constantly dumping oil on the chain. Made about a dozen 1-3" cuts and the battery was up to it, so didn't see what battery capability is.

Update: 08.20.25 Have not heard from seller about this issue thus reducing to 1 star. Previous Review: Would have been 5 stars yet down really only a 1 star. Read reviews here plus other website reviews. I bought this in March 2024. Didn't have a chance to use it until this year due medical conditions. In June, I used it and worked really great and impressed. Size and batteries along with case for it is/was great. The safety switch is always a plus. Unfortunately 2 weeks later, ready to use again. Put oil in top part where cap and finger pump is located. Took it outside, then noticed lots of oil leakage. Leaked so bad it got on battery. Brought it back inside garage to put into it's case, found more oil inside the case and it leaked onto 2nd battery it came with. Haven't tried since due the oil getting all over saw, battery area where they are supposed to go, & all other items within the case including charger. Both times, I noticed upon filling oil reservoir the cap when tightened down ever so slightly... if I turned it just a tiny bit more, the cap would start all over again, having to retighten. IDK if this is the problem or possibly oil line, which unable to check. The last Con is: you can not lay it down horizontally due to handle. It tips and had to place something on each side to keep it upright to fill oil reservoir. Standing it strait up with battery of bottom to keep it even, oil just ran all over it. I really liked it the 1st time as it was speedy & handled 2" branch stubs with not problems. It's too late of course to return and don't dare trying to use again as I don't know if it's safe from all the oil. I ended up buying another brand which is not self oiling due to this unfortunate event.
