This unit worked well for the first 3 months. It doesn't hold a charge when left plugged in. Not really reliable when needed on short notice. The seller reached out and gave me a full refund which was greatly appreciated since the unit could not be returned to Amazon being more than 30 days beyond the delivery date. A solid gesture of goodwill!

I ordered this jump starter last month for emergency situation having no idea that it will become a life saver so soon. It was a chilly morning 2 days back, and I was getting ready to head to work. As I tried to start my car, I realized the battery was dead. I took it out from my trunk and decided to give it a shot for the first time. I quickly opened the packaging, grabbed the jump starter and connected it to my car battery. To my relief, it worked like a charm, and my car started right up. The 7000A power was more than enough to handle my vehicle, and I was impressed by how fast it got my engine running. The battery capacity is 35000mah and I am sure this will be very much helpful and become a lifesaver in such moments. I left my car idling for a few minutes so that the car battery could get some juice and I thought to try the tire inflator as well. It was super easy to use, and within minutes, my tire was back to the right pressure. The pressure gauge was accurate, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. One of the things I appreciate about this device is its portability. The compact design and carrying case make it easy to store in my car without taking up much space. The clamps are sturdy, and the safety features, like over-current and short-circuit protection, give me peace of mind. Overall, I am very much happy with my purchase.
