Listen to the other reviews! This product is defective. Unit will shut off randomly and power light will blink. The only way to get it to work again is to unplug the unit a replug it. Reached out to the seller and they were no help. Told me to return the unit for a replacement. 2nd unit is worse than the first one, shutting off even more frequently. As others mentioned when it work it does collect water.

Dehumidifier works great! it may wotk to well, it fills the small 4 pint reservior in 7 hours, and stops dehumidifing, but if you use the drain line and run it to a floor drain it would be great, The software is a little buggy, once it hits the set point it goes into a continous run set at 30%, but the continous run does not dehumidify nearly as well as the dehumidify mode. It is a very capable unit, but the 70 pint a day may be a little to hopefull, and the 4500 sqft well not so much. But for the price of $67 i paid its a steal, get two! I do like the wifi too. There are a lot of leds on the front and the controls are very bright. She puts off a lot of light.

Item was damaged before shipping. Unit box was damaged shipping box was in perfect condition. Upon opening unit also had damaged case. Since I really needed a dehumidifier I waited 24 hrs and plugged it in. The unit shuts down every 3-4 hrs and will not restart without hard reset (unplugging unit from wall) the humidity was 75% when it shut down the last time. It is very quiet. With hose attached it doesn’t remove any humidity from air. (and yes I did remove little grey plug under cap before attaching hose) Note this is supposed to remove up to 70 pints a day. The water catch is only 4 pints. ???? So using anything but a hose is out of the question as you’d spend your doing nothing but emptying the catch can. It’s also very hard to empty without making a mess. This item did not work and wouldn’t have satisfied with if it did Pics attached. I will be returning item

This unit has issues. It shuts off and lights just flash. It can shut off in 10-20 minutes, the longest it went was 3 hours. It works great when running, but you can't leave it without checking. It will shut off, you have to unplug unit and restart. It is not from full water tank. Sometimes you only have couple ounces of water and it shuts off. Electronic issues. I tried every setting and read complete pamphlet. I assure you I have a defective item. What good is it if you can't leave it alone to work as it should.

The Smart Dehumidifier is an excellent addition to any home dealing with excess humidity. It quickly and efficiently reduces moisture in the air. The water tank is easy to remove and empty, and it holds a decent amount. There’s also an option for continuous drainage, which is helpful for long-term use. The unit has a clean, modern design that blends in well with most home decor. It operates quietly, even when set to high. I’ve used it in both a bedroom and a living area, and it performs consistently well. The digital display is clear and easy to understand. You can set your target humidity level with just a few button presses. It’s energy-efficient, so I don’t worry about running it for extended periods. The automatic shut-off feature works exactly as expected when the tank is full. It also has a memory function that kicks in after a power outage. Setup out of the box was straightforward. The included instructions were simple and useful. The one drawback is the mobile app. Connecting it to Wi-Fi was frustrating and took multiple tries. Once connected, it works well but getting there wasn’t smooth. The app should be more intuitive and reliable. Despite that, the device itself performs exactly as advertised. I would still recommend it for anyone looking to control humidity effectively.

*Edit to original review* DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE. Downgrading to one star. Returned the original because it started overheating and was a potential fire hazard. The replacement isn’t any better. It hums and vibrates but doesn’t do much of anything else. It works great when it works but it randomly shuts off or changes settings for no reason like switching from dehumidify to dry. Then you have to unplug it and restart it. I wouldn’t recommend it

constantly goes into continuous mode whatever that is and it’s not taking in water when it’s like that. have to turn off and unplug everyday maybe multiple times a day to get it to continue to work. works great tho when it’s running right
