Runs fine for a bit. Then goes to continuous mode and does not dehumidify. Resets to 30% Happens everyday. Pain in the butt. Have emailed them multiple times with no response at all. I want it replaced. But no communication from them. Buy something else. Would not recommend!!!!!!!

The Smart Dehumidifier is an excellent addition to any home dealing with excess humidity. It quickly and efficiently reduces moisture in the air. The water tank is easy to remove and empty, and it holds a decent amount. There’s also an option for continuous drainage, which is helpful for long-term use. The unit has a clean, modern design that blends in well with most home decor. It operates quietly, even when set to high. I’ve used it in both a bedroom and a living area, and it performs consistently well. The digital display is clear and easy to understand. You can set your target humidity level with just a few button presses. It’s energy-efficient, so I don’t worry about running it for extended periods. The automatic shut-off feature works exactly as expected when the tank is full. It also has a memory function that kicks in after a power outage. Setup out of the box was straightforward. The included instructions were simple and useful. The one drawback is the mobile app. Connecting it to Wi-Fi was frustrating and took multiple tries. Once connected, it works well but getting there wasn’t smooth. The app should be more intuitive and reliable. Despite that, the device itself performs exactly as advertised. I would still recommend it for anyone looking to control humidity effectively.

Item was damaged before shipping. Unit box was damaged shipping box was in perfect condition. Upon opening unit also had damaged case. Since I really needed a dehumidifier I waited 24 hrs and plugged it in. The unit shuts down every 3-4 hrs and will not restart without hard reset (unplugging unit from wall) the humidity was 75% when it shut down the last time. It is very quiet. With hose attached it doesn’t remove any humidity from air. (and yes I did remove little grey plug under cap before attaching hose) Note this is supposed to remove up to 70 pints a day. The water catch is only 4 pints. ???? So using anything but a hose is out of the question as you’d spend your doing nothing but emptying the catch can. It’s also very hard to empty without making a mess. This item did not work and wouldn’t have satisfied with if it did Pics attached. I will be returning item

Works fine .. when it turns on! Worked fine the first week. Then suddenly after the. emptying the tank, replacing it and attempting to turn the unit back on - the power light would just blink. The unit will turn on however the setting button is disabled. The unit fails to accumulate any water. I have tried unplugging it , removing the the water tank & replacing it. I have nothing in the wieners manual or manufacture’s website to help troubleshoot this problem. I am awaiting a response regarding options for repair/ replacement bc I’ve already discarded the box after the unit worked perfectly the first week.

I bought this unit.15 hours later it stopped working. Heres my review. While it worked it seemed to produce a reasonable amount of water. Hooking up to bluetooth was easy. But under settings it has features with no explanation. Light? Press it and nothing happens. Lights dont change and the machine runs the same. And anoid I believe, this was for allergens as advertised. Select this and nothing happens. Nothing illuminates no changes. Is it on or off? Ask Jesus cuz the machine is not going to tell you. NO CUST SUPPORT. Overall im disappointed. Power button is flashing what does that mean? The manual fails to call this out in any way. So I have to assume its broken. Save yourself the aggravation buy a different machine. Before purchasing make sure it has cust service. Good luck. Henry.

Meh. Seems to turn itself off with no cause sometimes just switches to fan even when from all the settings it should be running. I have it on a Wi-Fi plug where I reboot it every 3 hours automatically but this shouldn't be necessary. Also, just like everyone else, they're using the maximum pints per hour not following the standard...

Dehumidifier works great! it may wotk to well, it fills the small 4 pint reservior in 7 hours, and stops dehumidifing, but if you use the drain line and run it to a floor drain it would be great, The software is a little buggy, once it hits the set point it goes into a continous run set at 30%, but the continous run does not dehumidify nearly as well as the dehumidify mode. It is a very capable unit, but the 70 pint a day may be a little to hopefull, and the 4500 sqft well not so much. But for the price of $67 i paid its a steal, get two! I do like the wifi too. There are a lot of leds on the front and the controls are very bright. She puts off a lot of light.
