The set up and parts were all good. The bag is great. Stable base. The only problem I found was the aligned holes where you bolt the bag to the base was off. Two drilled holes were off enough I couldn't fit the bolts in. If it was automated machining. You need to recalibrate it sooner. All automated machines after so many runs need to be recalibrated. If you machined the hole by hand you need to look at your measurements. I even tried cross tighten technique the way you're supposed to for tires. They don't line up ... show more

The height is perfect for practicing both punches and kicks. The material is really durable and hasn't shown any wear and tear despite frequent use.
