I just got this set. It is beautiful but did arrive 3 different days. That worked out since I’m not the fastest at putting things together. The instructions are pictures but very easy to follow. I recommend using a drill and hex bit to speed things up but it did come with a nice tool for tightening. It is very comfortable and very well made. THE SET IS VERY CUTE BUT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER. MY HUSBAND AND SON ARE BOTH ENGINEERS AND RARELY STRUGGLE TO PUT THINGS TOGETHER. THE FIRST CHAIR TOOK THEN 2 HOURS TO FIGURE OUT AND BUILD BECAUSE THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE SO VAGUE AND THE HOLES DIDN'T LINE UP CORRECTLY SO THEY NEEDED TO PREDRILL THEIR OWN. The media could not be loaded. Love the black with the blue cushions! Easy to put together, time consuming. The worst thing was cutting up all the cardboard for the recycling! 🤣 The couch showed up a day early, which was fantastic, the rest showed up the next day, our friends came over and we had a put together party. 🥳 it took a few hours and it looks so good on our back patio! We have had lots of compliments on it, we love the swivel rockers, everyone wants to set in those. Easy to turn and watch people in the pool! Thickness is good, color looks more blue denim. I have to admit, going through the process of unboxing and putting this outdoor furniture together was a bit of a Journey of disappointment, excitement, frustration, and in the end satisfaction and happiness. As we started the process of unboxing, I was a little disappointed in the quality of the wicker material and overall build of the framework we have been looking at a lot of material at local home, improvement stores and large box stores and had seen heavy, thick framing, as well as very thick wicker that appeared to be more natural materials versus obvious plastic. The entire framework of these items are made of half inch tubing wrapped with a plastic material simulating, bamboo or other material. It was not as heavy and thick as I was hoping for but as we began, the build process, we found that the engineering and machining was overall done quite well and built together very strong frames. There were a few times that I found the bolt and screw material was very poor quality. Several bolts broke and stripped out on the top as we tried to put them in there were several I had to drill out and replaced with my own bolts to make the process work. To be fair I was trying to use the bit in a drill vs the little handheld baby ratchet included in the kit. If you buy this and put it together, be very careful to not strip out the tops of your bolts and not allowing it to get cross threaded as it will break the bolt off in the press in nut inside the frame. I was ultimately still a little disappointed in the cushions, they were not quite as thick and padded as I would like, although the fabric mature on the outside feels plenty heavy and should last very well. I will rate the fusions at a B- In the end, once everything was put together, I got through the frustration of the build, I realized that I was very happy with the product that I received for the price that I paid. Anywhere else, a three seating couch four rocker recliner chairs with a very nice propane fireplace probably would’ve run closer to $3000 or $4000. So to be very fair, what I bought was a discount style of outdoor furniture versus the top brand and it’s unfair of me to expect top brand quality while purchasing a discounted type of item. So for what I paid, and what I ordered, and what I received I will give it five stars. It is absolute beautiful in our backyard deck. It’s very comfortable to sit in. I really believe that the synthetic material plastic and framework is going to last a long time. The colors were spot on for what was advertised. Everything works 100% well, the packaging was done very very well. Shipping was fast and all arrived together in seven boxes. Garbage quality. Bought this for my parents and it is absolute trash. It is so cheaply made its already falling apart. The screws don't line up so the furniture is wobbly and unstable and unsafe for the elderly. Customer service will claim its an assembly issue.
