Pros: Runs the whole house, even our old dryer. Efficient idle consumption. Many settings to use it as you want. Paired this with Eco-worthy server rack batteries which are great. 240v split phase output all in one unit. Cons: Many settings can get a bit confusing, support responded during business hours to chat on their website. Email response was rather slow though on a second question.

6awg wire doesn’t fit. The manual specifies 6awg. Customer service instructs to modify the wire. I refuse to install a fire hazard in a home. Manufacturer sent photos of what do do instead. They’ve used 8awg and shove it in bare. And if you look closely, the cable is missing many strands. What an absolute joke! No serious person should even consider this product or brand.

Very good inverter but it can be quite confusing to set up properly. The manual has vague descriptions on what all the settings do, for the most part. If you don't know what you are doing you may need to call out for some help, in my experience their customer support was quick to respond and helped me out with a couple questions I had. The app could be a bit better which is disappointing because I was hoping to be able to adjust settings remotely, but I can't find a way to do that (at least not with the Android app).

Off-grid setup. Bought 5 batteries first. Worked great - but not great w my Sunny Islands. Decided to bite the bullet and get two 10kW inverters. First worked perfectly. Second wouldn’t even start. Returned it and bought a new (they wouldn’t exchange it). The new (third) is not working (can’t see the solar) and both will not allow programming for multiple inverters. And absolutely no help - or return “call” from customer service. So if you think you can solve any problem on your own, good luck. Otherwise don’t do it! Only gave 3 stars so people will read it.
