Very good inverter but it can be quite confusing to set up properly. The manual has vague descriptions on what all the settings do, for the most part. If you don't know what you are doing you may need to call out for some help, in my experience their customer support was quick to respond and helped me out with a couple questions I had. The app could be a bit better which is disappointing because I was hoping to be able to adjust settings remotely, but I can't find a way to do that (at least not with the Android app). ... show more

I like the brand and have defended it with many rvrs. But this 10kw obstruction book is horrible. I'm not using bains it's off grid and off grid only I may use a generator someday but this whole book has bains listed getting harder to defend this company without a chapter on real off grid

The device works very well the biggest problem I have with it is installed in my shed and it is extremely difficult to get the Wi-Fi to connect to this they give you a Data Logger instead of it being all internal every time I try to install this it says searching for Bluetooth which the Data Logger does not have. I also have the battery which was much easier to connect to the Wi-Fi for monitoring I would definitely question buying the inverter as it is extremely difficult. FYI.. Pros: Runs the whole house, even our old dryer. Efficient idle consumption. Many settings to use it as you want. Paired this with Eco-worthy server rack batteries which are great. 240v split phase output all in one unit. Cons: Many settings can get a bit confusing, support responded during business hours to chat on their website. Email response was rather slow though on a second question. ... show more
