The media could not be loaded. This set is really fantastic! I love the color! I looked and looked for weeks for the right patio set at the right price and I finally found it when I discovered this set. Everything comes in just 2 boxes. Both arrived together in less then a week from when I purchased it. One of the selling points for me was the free shipping. That's huge! Every other set I considered was minimally $99.99 for shipping all the way up to just under $200 I think. So when I found this set and saw it was free shipping that was it for me. I had only one small issue with my order. I was missing one side of the coffee table. Unfortunately the contact email address listed in the instructions that came with the set was apparently an old email address that this seller doesn't use anymore. So I did have to go through Amazon at 1st to make contact with the seller and when he told me to please contact him directly with any problems I told him I had tried and was unsuccessful and told him why. Then I made a suggestion that he should probably either update the instructions with the correct email so this wouldn't happen to anyone else or at least include a good contact email for people to reach out if needed. He said he appreciated the feedback. He shipped my missing piece after the 1st conversation we had (with again, free shipping) and I received that parcel in less then a week as well. Very quality set. The seats are also wider and taller then almost all the other sets I had been considering also, which was another deciding factor for me. My only issue I have with the set is the cushions do slide around a lot but I'm sure there's a way to prevent that from happening I just haven't really tried solving this problem yet. Each back cushion does come with these little fasteners but haven't checked to see how they work just yet. Overall I couldn't be happier with my purchase and this seller's customer service was top notch. Highly recommend. Hope my video and photos are helpful to you! ... show more

First of all, this review of based on what I expected to receive, not comparing this to a patio set from a boutique store that costs several thousand dollars. I got exactly what is advertised. It fits into a surprisingly small set of two boxes and is straightforward to assemble, though it does take a little time. It's also important to look at the measurements before ordering. The set is configurable in several ways and it seems fairly sturdy. The height of each item is a bit low for taller folks, but again this should be expected because there are measurements. The seller Gaildon was excellent. I received quick communication after ordering with the two tracking numbers. I had some trouble with the second box in my order which occurred after it was shipped, but the seller responded quickly and was happy to work with me to get it resolved. I was hesitant at first to order due to the minimal amount of reviews however I'm impressed. Ordered it on a Tuesday evening, came in the mail by FedEx Thursday morning, both boxes. All parts were available. Took about two hours to build with two people helping. Cushions take about 24 hours to fully puff up. I highly recommend buying Velcro stickers for the back cushions since they slip around. Definitely worth the money and free shipping. Fits on our 120 inch by 160 inch balcony comfortably. Looks exactly like the picture too in my opinion. Got beige color and it's beige. I'd also get some throw pillows to make it more comfy. ... show more

The sectional looks so amazing for the price. Shipped very quickly. Recieved two boxes with all parts included. Took about 2 hours to build. Highly recommend.

    • Easy to install and worth the money
I bought guth them for our covered patio. It is good and sturdy. Customer service was very responsive. So far so good. The back sides are not as tall as it look like in the pics. I am 6'1"" and comfortable enough.
