The seller was responsive and did the right thing after a few emails. We paid for this set , a new rug and Umbrella to be disappointed as the family we gifted this to in CO sent us the picture today. It was assembled on 6/4/22 In 14 days the blue cushions Faded to purple 6/17. Very dissatisfied spending that kind of money. They are communicating with the manufacturer on the quality issue.

Love how it looks and it’s comfortable but I’m wondering if it will maintain that way for a while. The weaving seems to be fragile. I do like it for the price.

This set is great!! We hit a little snag putting it together with a piece being unusable but we contacted customer service and they were quick to help resolve the issue and got us a new piece quickly. They kept in contact through the whole process to make sure everything went perfect for us. We were so thankful for that! This piece is nice and roomy and I love the straps to keep the cushions in place. That seems to be what we get the most comments about it from our friends and family. I'm so glad we got this set!

Nice looking set. Instructions aren't clear, bolts to attach the feet aren't long enough and the glass for the table was shattered. Will update review with the company response. Update: seller will send new glass and longer screws.

This came in three boxes and I got all within a week. It doesn’t take as much of effort or time to put it together as I was expecting. Me and my husband put it together within 30 minutes. We used an electric screwdriver so that helps. Another tip would be to not tighten each screw without first lining up all parts and loosely attaching the screws. The cushions are already ready and just need to be taken out of the bags. I like thats a modular design so when I gave guests over I can spread it out more instead of using it as a sectional. There are feet that raise these off the floor a bit allowing for ventilation as well. Its been doing well in the recent rains. All I do is keep the cushions in a deck box unless in use. I’m looking forward to hosting and gathering with my friends for patio parties this summer finally!

UPDATE: the seller reached out and wanted to make it right he did give a reasonable refund, that I am satisfied with I appreciate his communication and effort to make it right. I started to put this together took us almost two hours to set one piece together the screw holes where the chair feet go aren’t easy to align with the screw so this is where all the time goes, second the wicker has some gaps in the weaving lastly the cushions are really thin, and the thickness is difficult in each cushion which is unfortunate, you’d think you could get better quality for spending so much on furniture. Very disappointed in the quality as well as the issues with the screw holes. Also no instructions what so ever. I contact the seller they offered me $20 for all of the issues with this set. Horrible customer service if I were you I’d look else where.
