I purchased these in April last year. They came in two boxes on separate days. You can reach out to the seller to get the other box number to track it. Instructions were easy. Be sure to open the cushions and pillows so they can “puff” up. I started doing it myself with the tools provided and it was tedious. My husband finally got off work and was able to assist. Of course, he brings out the drill and we were knocking out the chair sections in no time. We bought a cover for the couches. There were some occasions we forgot to cover them and we had light rain. They did dry up fairly quickly in the sun. The color still looked great by the end of summer. The frame and wicker stayed intact. The reason why I chose this product out of all the other furniture was simply how thick the sofa cushions were. It was the thickest I’ve seen for this price. They did not disappoint- they are very comfortable. For the winter, I did store them in my basement. I didn’t want the extreme temperatures to warp or deteriorate it.

Description should read: FOR CHILDREN The seating is exceptionally small, it looks like it belongs in a playhouse. I made the mistake of reading reviews AFTER I submitted order and then tried to cancel days before it shipped out but they didn’t cancel. Against my better judgment I gave it the benefit of the doubt and put a few pieces together. Assembling it was the best part about it. Material and quality is good and it looks nice but my family is all too big for it.,

A Very nice set. Seems quite sturdy. I would suggest a couple of things before putting it together though. First, it took me about 4 to 5 man hours to put together so make sure you have some time or some assistance. Once you put one of the seats together, the others are identical, so the process will get faster and faster with each assembled seat. Also, I would suggest using a drill with an a bit extender and a hex bit to make screwing the screws in much easier on the hands. Also a socket wrench to hold the nuts in place is much better than the small wrench that is supplied. Finally, the pillows do slide around a good bit so I would suggest purchasing some Velcro strips to attach them to the bottom and back of the chairs. My pup loves it too.

I only took a star away for pieces being mislabeled and it took us hours longer than it should have until we strayed from the instructions and labels and used our own noggins. I highly suggest a drill with a drill bit that is like the Allen wrench. I painted the blue shiny part of the feet as that looked odd but all in all, perfect for a back porch. We will be getting better cushions but sturdy and nicely made whicker material. I would buy it again.

This bench is sturdy, pretty and just what I needed. It was easy to put together without an assistant. I haven’t had it long enough to know if it will fade in the partially shady spot I’ve put it in.

The product itself is it’s OK it’s not made for a big deck as you can see. I have a big deck it’s made for a smaller. I would say an apartment deck. It is short so if you are tall anything above 5’3 and up you may want to find something a little bit taller I’m 52 and it is maybe comfortable for me but otherwise it is a beautiful piece seven piece it does take a little bit to put it together, so about two hours.
