*update: after contacting the seller who was very helpful in tracking the package, the cushion covers arrived. * What a wonderful set! Great price, fast delivery of the set itself. Cushion covers still haven’t arrived yet which is a pain. A few tips for putting it together. Make sure you either use a power tool with an Allen wrench bit attachment OR wear gloves because my hands were killing me after putting this together using the Allen wrench included. This is better than expected and I’ve read that the 3rd box with the cushion covers come a day later but I haven’t received mine yet (recvd set on Thursday, it’s Sunday and so far no cushion covers), could cause an issue if you need a complete set for an event. Otherwise a good purchase, comfortable (esp the corner piece you can curl up in). Pretty easy to put together if you have any mechanical skills. Took a couple of hours. Extra pillow was included and plenty of extra hardware if you drop and lose a nut or screw. If it wasn’t for the delay in the cushion covers I’d rate this a five star.

Very nice set. Arrived undamaged. Comes with spare pieces to repair any small holes or gaps in the material of the seats. There was one slight imperfection on only one piece of my set, though, it didn't matter as it became my option for the corner piece of a sectional couch seat and is hidden from sight. Very tideious, time consuming *about 3hrs or so alone* project but worth it when finished. Things to note: The 15pc set is two of the same set that allows for more options of arrangement to create a larger set *don't be shocked as I was to see two Box A's, two Box B's & two Box C's.* I found it more simple to use real life tools than the tiny ones provided to assemble, however, a few of the pieces were slightly "wonky" and I did have to use the tiny tools to complete that step. There are two smaller pillow cases and two smaller pillows. This set *or these sets* come with many little bags with bolts, nuts, push caps, etc. There are only three size bolts for the entire project and the directions aren't very helpful of informing you which is which. Each bag is labeled for a different part of assembly, however, once I realized that all of the hardware was the same in each little bag I combined them all in to their own separate bags of each part *i.e. longest bolts in one bag, medium bolts in another, smallest in another.* The longest bolts are only used for the feet. Remember this is two of the same set being put together to create a larger set which means extra parts. I did not assemble two sectionals so therefore, I ended up with an extra backrest part intended for sectional assembly. There are two longer backrest pieces *intended to create a sectional corner seat.* There are pieces that look the same for creating an enclosed form at the bottom of a seat and the end tables but they are in fact different pieces. Pieces to enclose the bottom of a seat are rectangular and will only attach to one side of both the backrest & seat pieces *preset bolt holes will only allow attachment backrest down, seat piece on open side right.* When creating your armrest pieces be aware of which side you intend to put the armrest as it does require you to assemble a seat opposite than the of the other seats *right armrest-seat assembly to backrest-open side one way & left armrest- seat assembly to backrest-open side the other way.* I would recommend setting the firepit table aside until the end *it comes in its own box & so does the glass for it, they are clearly marked.* Setting this up was most simple and after all of the time put in to the seating arrangement, I found assembling the table most satisfying when it took me "no time" and little to no brain power. It has a nice cover for it as well to shield it from the elements.

This lovely 7 pc fire pit patio set arrived very quickly with no issues or damage. We LOVE it!! Its beautiful vibrant color, sturdy construction, and comfortable seating is just perfect!! Fantastic price and great value!! So affordable and worth more than the money paid. The pillows stay in place because of the tie straps that wrap around the back of the seats and the sturdy velcro for its seat cushions. This patio set is unique and wisely designed. The fire pit is constructed well, and activated just as should. Hubby had no problem following the easy instructions to assemble the set - all pieces were there. Customer service was a breeze when we wanted to know the specific date of arrival and tracking - we got a response very quickly. We received the fire pit wind guard and the cushion covers first, then the next day we received the fire pit and furniture set exactly as scheduled. I truly recommend this patio set!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

If you're looking for click-together lego furniture... this is NOT it! I will take a couple of hours and some elbow grease to construct the furniture pieces, but they are well packaged for shipping, no damage when we unpacked and they went together fairly easy. The seats are sturdy, the cushions fit perfectly and they are comfortable. Note: the back cushions are vacuum packed so it takes a little while for them to "fluff" up. We like the design and the ability to move the seats around on the patio. We got the 7 piece set and it's perfect for our 5-7 person gatherings we like to have! Also, the set comes in 3 boxes! 1 box arrived via fedex a day before the others... so I had contacted support to ask.. they were VERY response, polite, helpful and they followed up again 2 weeks later to confirm my satisfaction! Thank you!

The media could not be loaded. This patio furniture is so much nicer than my previous set which this replaced. The rattan is a much better quality than on my previous set, and because this furniture is so well-made and properly engineered it was a breeze to assemble. Also, the assembly instructions in their manual were quite clear and helpful. It was impressive that they sent additional screws, bolts and miscellaneous parts in case you lost an item or miss placed it. The cushions are well-made and quite comfortable. The fire pit is beautiful and lights perfectly every time. The inclusion of the glass shield, which is provided to protect the flames from the wind was a nice, classy addition. I have also found that any communication with the company’s support staff has been very prompt and very helpful. My wife and I are both extremely happy with this purchase and we would highly recommend this company‘s product to anybody. I have included some photos/video which shows how nice everything looks.
