These steel skulls are pretty cool! Here in Texas, we rarely use our fireplace and these things look super cool, especially while decorating the house for halloween. The other skulls will be used in our outdoor display later this year. If you like to keep the skulls shiny, don't actually use these in fire. They will rust. Ok value for money. These skulls are awesome! They are a bit smaller than I anticipated and lightweight. They are solid though. They look exactly as pictured and I am so excited to fire them up. Pictured messing around with them in our fireplace.

These were good quality, and the fire did go through the eyes, nose, and mouth. But they are also very light. See, you almost have to put some thing behind them because they’re open in the back so they don’t fall or move. They get very hot obviously when they’re in fire so if they do fall, you have to just leave them there and it doesn’t look as well, so I wish they were more weighted.     • Great design, not sure about longevity
These look fantastic. Love the look of them on the gas firepit. The ones directly in flame immediately blackened, and within a week were coated in rust. Not sure how they'll hold up long term, but even if you have to replace them every couple years, that's not terrible.

These don’t need to be propped up, the shape helps them sit upright. They’re small but very cool. The iron isn’t real thick but it’s thick enough that they don’t easily bend with light pressure. It’s been 107 plus degrees for the last 2 months and still in the mid 80’s at night so we haven’t yet used these. I like that there’s so many of them because we burn all the time in the winter plus we have 3 gas fire tables & an indoor fire place. So we have enough skulls to use in each one. ... show more

These come neatly boxed and wrapped in plastic. Easy to set up in your fire pit, we set them so the flame runs right up the inside of the skulls. The flames lick out of the eyes and mouth and look like they are breathing fire. The rings are welded to the face and have rough ground welds but that won’t matter in your fire pit. Very cool steel skulls to put in firepit. I got these for a Halloween party. They turn black once the fire starts and some spots glow red. The effect is really neat to watch and everyone enjoyed them. They seem to last a long while and didn’t melt or crack like I expected

I actually expected them to be smaller than they really are. I have a full-sized firepit skull (it's solid an really heavy), but these are cool because they have an open mouth and eye holes so that the flames look so cool flickering in and out of them! Let's be real, it's always spooky season in my house. That being said, these are seriously the coolest. You can put them in your firepit or campfire or wherever and they are so neat!! They are larger than I was expecting, which I really like. They seem like they will last and are weighty enough to be study, but not cumbersome. These will be the talk of the party or get together.
