I received the cue this past Thursday and won a tournament this Saturday with it. To be honest this cue reminds me a lot of the higher end Viking cues the way it plays. And for those who know Viking they are one of the best only this stick is a 1/4 the cost. I bought this cue before I really knew anything about what makes a good pool cue. Now that I've learned a bit from talking to pro players, this is still a decent cue. No warping, comes with a decent medium/hard tip, and looks great. I got the 18oz weight and it's perfect, light enough to be easy to control but heavy enough to give a nice hard strike when you need it. You can get low end cues made by better brands for similar prices though, like McDermott. But for what it is, it's good. ... show more

This is certainly a nicely crafted cue for the price, the only problem I encountered was the bar code was attached with some fairly intense glue that was difficult to remove. Perhaps this is convenient for the people marketing the item but some consideration should be given to the customer that would like to get this piece of paper off of their cue. ... show more

This pool cue is fantastic. The design on it is beautiful, but most importantly I play a lot better with it than I do with a house stick. My husband and I play a few times a week at a billiards club and for the most part I just use the house cues. I have tried graphite cues, but they just don't feel right. The hardwood design of the Raven is very smooth. If you buy this cue you will be very happy. On another note, Amazon customer service is outstanding. There was a mistake with the first order, (I got a steam cleaner instead of the pool cue) and I called customer service and the problem was taken care of immediately. They put a new order in and I received the cue the very next day. The service representative I spoke with was very friendly and within a few minutes she had everything taken care of. I have been ordering from Amazon for a long time and will continue to do so. If you purchase frequently from Amazon then Amazon Prime is a must. I have saved a bunch of money with Prime, especially with my Kindle. ... show more

Great que. Super slick design on the shaft. The graphic design is well done and better quality than the picture can represent. The only thing I don't like and it's the same problem with every cheap stick I buy from Amazon.. the heads are solid breaker heads. None of these sticks say it in the description.
