These were of great quality, however the smaller ones were hard to open at first. Need some fiddling with the smaller ones to open and first, then we sanded them, so that they were easier to put on and off. Great addition to our family traditional decorations for the young and old!

These are adorable, and fun. They were tight and hard to open, so I dipped the rim of each in a little olive oil, then wiped it off. They open easily now. Kids love playing with it.

I collect nesting dolls and I am very pleased with this Christmas set. Each piece was beautifully painted and there were no flaws (or mold as some reviewers stated!). The Santa was rather hard to open at first but I rubbed waxed paper around the rim and it is no longer a problem. My collection is for decorative enjoyment and not intended for use as toys. Depending on the season, I choose a different set to enjoy so the pieces are lined up along a shelf or table. I really like this set! ... show more

Love, love , Love! I bought the Santa for my three year old grandson and he continuously plays with his “Santa egg”. The Danta was a little hard to open but a quick rub with wax paper and it was smoothly opened by his tiny hands! He even sleeps with it! The paint work was lovely and the wood is very sturdy.     • Great quality and so cute!
These are really nice quality. My daughter hasn’t played with them yet, but I can tell 1 or 2 of them might be hard for her to open and close as they are a little tight, but hoping they loosen up a little bit after a few times.
