I ordered 4 of these after my other automatic waters, failing and leaking. I ordered a bigger one of these that sits on the ground about six months ago, testing it out and it has been fabulous. So I ordered four more of the smaller ones to mount up. I love the mounting part of it. But what it said is true about the little hose that comes with it, it’s complete garbage Leaks everywhere. And I had to go to the hardware store and buy a female to female connection just to hook it up to the water hose. So you might want to get one of those beforehand. Other wise they are great. Time will tell, just installed a couple days ago. But so far love expect for the hose that comes with. I tried them all and ALL 4 leaked so bad no matter what I did.

The water line that leads to bowl is braided versus solid, if you clean and dump water you need to detach from faucet or bowl to dump or the braided steel line won't handle the dumping. Lasted approximately 5-6 months. I liked having to go out and fill water bowls every 15 minutes or so in the summer especially. I was disappointed that it didn't last very long

Great quality, works great I have 2 dogs 2 cats there is never a issue. Wonderful design. I did pay a plumber to install but only because he was coming of other things and it just made my life easier. I installed this in my house next to vanity in bathroom. I was nervous of the look and leaks but ended up LOVING tup Wish I would have done this years ago.
