  • Great value chainsaw
I’ve been using this chainsaw for clearing a few medium sized trees on my property, and it’s been a great performer so far. ALS have used for firewood. Right out of the box, everything you need is included. The extra bar, tools, and carrying pouch are a really nice bonus. The engine has plenty of power. It cuts through thick logs and hardwood without bogging down. I was honestly impressed with how smoothly it handled larger cuts compared to some other saws I’ve used in this price range. Starting it is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of the choke and primer. It usually fires up within a few pulls, and it idles consistently without stalling. The anti-vibration design makes a noticeable difference too and I was able to work longer without my hands getting as fatigued. Build quality feels solid overall. It’s not overly heavy for its size, and the grip is comfortable and well-balanced. Chain tensioning and maintenance are also simple enough, even if you’re not super experienced with chainsaws. Overall, this is a powerful and dependable chainsaw that’s perfect for firewood prep, storm cleanup, or general property maintenance. Great value for what you get. ... show more

  • Powerful & Reliable Chainsaw, Excellent Performance and Great Value for the Price
Honestly, I’m really impressed with this chainsaw. I bought it mainly for cleaning up some trees on my property and cutting firewood, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The 63cc engine is very powerful and cuts through thick logs with no hesitation. It feels like a much more expensive tool once you actually start using it. One of my favorite things is that it comes with both 18” and 20” bars, which gives a lot of flexibility depending on the job. I’ve used the shorter bar for lighter trimming and the longer one for bigger cuts, and switching between them is straightforward. It’s like getting two tools in one. Starting it has also been easier than I expected. I’ve used other gas chainsaws before that were frustrating to start, but this one usually fires up within a couple pulls. That alone makes a big difference when you’re working for long periods. The build quality feels solid, and I really like the anti-vibration design because it reduces fatigue in your hands. The automatic oiler keeps everything running smoothly, and the safety brake gives extra peace of mind while working. It’s clear this saw was designed with both performance and safety in mind. It’s also nice that it includes a carrying pouch and tool kit, which makes storage and maintenance much more convenient. For the price, you’re getting a very complete package. Overall, this is a powerful, reliable, and versatile chainsaw that performs way above its price range. Whether you’re doing yard work, storm cleanup, or cutting firewood regularly, this is definitely a great buy. Highly recommended. ... show more

  • Doesn't start or cut !
It took 2 days to get it started, when it did start it wouldn't cut a 2" branch. The chain wouldn't get oil through it so I'm calling Amazon for a refund.

  • High quality chainsaw with lots of accessories and two different sized bars.
I recently needed to cut down and trim several trees at my house that were growing over the roof. I found this chainsaw on Amazon and liked that it has a big 63cc motor and two different sized bars. It arrived well-packaged and was easy to assemble. All that I had to do to get it ready was attach the chain to the bar, and then the bar to the saw. It comes with a small tool kit to tension the chain on the fly. The saw also comes with a soft carrying case and chain guards. I've used pretty much every kind of chainsaw on the market in the past when I used to do landscaping and the quality / cutting performance of this saw is on par with the more high-end chainsaws. The engine on this fires up on the first try and it feels very durable. This saw was a great value for the quality and the amount of accessories that come with it. ... show more

  • High Power-to-Weight Ratio
3.7HP is a substantial amount of kick. This should help prevent the saw from "bogging down" when buried in a thick piece of hardwood like Oak or Maple Having both an 18-inch and 20-inch bar is a huge plus.I tried quite a few different tools and none were strong enough to trim it.Very good chainsaw, it has good power and cuts thick wood without a problem.I will be using this for the first time and was a little hesitant but it is easy to use. The rest depends on the person using it and how they use it. It was my first time so the experience was very good. ... show more

  • No more renting, very satisfied.
I used to rent a chainsaw from Home Depot, and over time I realized I had spent enough to buy one. After using this a few times, it works great—good power and smooth cutting, similar to the rental ones. Much more convenient to have my own now. Very satisfied and worth it.

  • Great budget saw.
Great saw for the price. Starts up on the second or third pull and first pull every time once it’s warmed up. I have a Stihl ms261c and this is a nice backup saw to have. I used the 20” bar to take down a mulberry tree and cust it into small manageable sections. It performed well and I like the price point. ... show more

  • Couldn't tighten the chain
There is something wrong with the chain tightening mechanism. First of all the tightening screw is located in front by the bar. It makes it impossible to use the tool. It is literally impossible to achieve the correct tightness of the chain as it is either too loose or overtighened. I am not sure if this is the general faulty chain tightening mechanism or just my luck... ... show more
