It ships semi-assembled and requires final setup. Manual, video guide, and basic tool kit are included. Typical setup time is about 2 hours. What should I check before riding? The rear axle and rear axle houseing are two separate sizes, by about 3/8. Meaning with one bearing in place you cannot press the other far enough for a snap clip (which was also missing). This will result in the rear axle bearing always pushing out in time. Simple fix, welder baby...fortunately I have access to a lathe and will correct it that way. Arrived ahead of schedule and ready for assembly. They provide tools, but really you should have a basic tool set to assemble yourself. Assembly took maybe 2.5 hours in my garage, and the engine fired right up and the machine performed flawlessly. Honestly better than expected construction, solid welds and decently tough steel tubing for what it is. Suspension lacks any damping but it's otherwise extremely effective. Overall an extremely fun toy to rip around my property at a very good price, highly recommend for anyone with a little money burning a hole in their pocket. ... show more
