I have been using it for 3 weeks and so far, doing the job at a fraction of the X3 price. The X3 is bomb proof, this seems to be well made and getting the job done. It’s wider than the X3, which is the primary reason I bought it. That it’s way cheaper, certainly helped. Knurling is good, I wear gloves , so I don’t notice if it’s to aggressive. Stable and sturdy.

This is a top notch bar. I’ve ordered a few of these “knock-off” x3 and this one takes the cake. With a little bit of WD-40, this bar rotates like a breeze. I was a little concerned about the durability of the bar and hooks but I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and putting it under strain of the heaviest Tribe band (upwards of 400lbs when doubled up) and it hasn’t even flinched. No buckling, no caving, and no problems unscrewing the whole thing in under a minute. The knurled bar provides a great grip, the bar itself is the perfect width, and it the hooks fit every size band I have. I haven’t used the heavy duty Geku bands yet, but if you want a high quality, high intensity workout and don’t want to spend $700+ on the x3 system, this new bar from Gekufit is the way to go.

I’ve been using the GEKU FIT Aluminum Resistance Band Bar (3-section detachable) for a while and it’s been great. The aluminum feels sturdy and truly heavy-duty, and the three-piece design makes it easy to pack and store without feeling flimsy when assembled. The connections fit tightly, so there’s no annoying wobble during pulls or presses. The grip is comfortable in the hands, and the attachment points are smooth and well-finished, so they don’t chew up the bands. Overall, it’s a solid, well-made bar that makes band training feel much closer to “real” lifting.

Excellent bar for the price. It does tend to get a little loose at times, but structurally works and does the job.

Very good bar which is further enhanced by the additional attachments that can be purchased separately. Good knurling for grip and big strong hooks for the bands. All comes in a nice protective case too making it very portable. My only slight criticism is that the hooks can loosen during exercise so need to be checked regularly as they can undo very slightly. Other than that a great alternative to more expensive bars.

Great quality bar, sturdy and feels like professional quality. For those that complain about the noise, a drop or two of all in one oil on the threads/swivels solved this for me.

The Aluminum Resistance Band Bar is a well-made and durable tool, but its compact design severely limits its function. The 31-inch length is reduced to about 23 inches of usable space for exercises like chest presses due to the width of a user's wrists and the placement of the hooks. While adequate for isolation movements like curls, the bar's limited effective length hinders a full range of motion for many compound lifts. Its quality materials and portability are a plus, but the reduced functionality makes it less versatile for comprehensive strength training.

I've owned one of the more "popular" name brands and this bar competes well with it at a much lower cost. I actually like the length of it better. Hook system works well, used a drop of 3 in 1 oil to quiet the hook rotation, which seems to have worked perfectly. I have only had to retighten the hooks a couple of times, quick thing to check and really hasn't been an issue for me. I did buy some Loctite should I decide I want to leave it at one length, but so far haven't been inclined to use it. A comfortable bar to use.
