I've had this chair for about 3 months. It's still so comfy and has a big seat for those who need it. One of the arms came broken and the seller quickly sent me a replacement part with no hassle. I work from home and this chair has saved my back. I recommend! The only con is the arm rests are super easy to move sometimes they slide around when I'm working but I also like the mobility of the arm rests.

The media could not be loaded. I want to give this chair 5 stars, but their was one flaw. The button on the right armrest broken before it was even all put together. This isnt the biggest issue, but I was looking forward to having high and adjustable armrests, especially the right side — I have carpel tunnel and the only relief I get while I'm at my desk is when my arm is parallel to it. It is still over all a good chair and met all my expectations (aside from the broken button). Even the back — I was thinking I was sacrificing a comfortable back for an extra passed cushion; not only is the cushion as supportive as described but the back is more comfortable than any padded ones I've sat in Pros: •True to the big and tall description — durable metal legs, thinker plastic, and genuinely wide seat •Think *and* supportive cushion; supportive and comfortable back •Multiple angle and height adjusted arm rests •Good quality when compared to price Cons: •Despite a thicker plastic than many, it does look and feel like it will eventually break in a few areas (the piece attaching the back to the seat for one) •Low quality buttons (broke before being finished put together) •I personally don't think 600IBs is an accurate weight limit description, the quality feels more like 400/400IBs Over-all, I highly recommend this chair, especially for the price, and even more so if they respond to my message about the broken armrest

I love this chair. I sometimes play WOW for 8+ hours at at a time and it adapts to my changing positions well. I bought larger wheels for it and it is perfect. I am 6 feet and 320. It is soo much better than my previous chair. No lower back or leg cramping. The adjustable arm rests work well and are not wobbly.

The plate on the bottom of the seat that holds the hydraulic BROKE within 4 months and I slammed into the desk behind me leaving a gash in my head that required 4 staples!!! Ordered on July 20, 2025.. Back support: My primary reason for purchasing a new chair was to alleviate persistent lower back pain because I work from home and spend most of my time in front of my desk. This chair has performed pretty well! I haven't experienced the same level of stiffness and discomfort, even after long working sessions. Ease of assembly: This chair was easy to put together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to assemble it by myself within 30min. Comfort: Loads of cushion on the butt! I am pretty heavy. This chair felt sturdy, supporting, and cushiony at the same time. Overall a great purchase. I have been using it everyday for a week now, and I have not found any downside yet. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone who spends a considerable amount of time at their desk.
