This bike is built very sturdy. I was not expecting a bike of this magnitude at that price point. Battery holds up really good. Personally, I think the bike will do 45 miles an hour as they say it will. I’ve had it personally at 39.9 mile an hour without a struggle. I’m 5’6” Bike is comfortable for my height. Customer Service helped me with an issue in a very timely manner (hours not days) the issue was on my end and not nothing to do with the bike manufacturer. First thing I do when I buy a bike is usually change the seat. I actually think the seat is pretty comfortable. Overall, I think the bike is exactly what they say it is and I love mine. Shipping- when I received the package it had one crank arm was poking out the bottom. The screw/nut for the bike seat had fallen off. When they packaged the front wheel, the other crank arm was through the spokes and bent two of them on the front wheel. Assembly was easy to moderate they should definitely redesign the cargo rack so it correctly fits (see photo). The most disappointing part was on my first ride up my road I hit a bump and the battery popped off even though it was locked in place. Thankfully, I had the key with me and was able to unlock it and reinstall the battery and lock it again. I was doing approximately 20 miles an hour when this happened. Great ebike for the price shipped free from California to North Carolina ordered august first delivered on the 7th package and bike excellent condition, assembles it in about an hour was pretty simple bolt on handle bars front tire, fender, headlight, pedals, rear cargo rack, adjust and tightent seat, battery came charged took it out im 185 lbs got up to 43.2 mph in dual motor mode 36.7 single motor mode very strong sturdy powerful great take off front tire burns rubber if you take off in dual mode so i kept swithing to single for take off then back to doubke, only thing i would change is the throttle is a push lever wish it was on the handle grip, maxed out right at 45 miles at full speed in dual motor mode without pedaling at all,took 8 hours to fully recharge battery,ordered a second battery was very costly about 800, takes turns a bit wide when your going fast had to slow it down a bit for some turns and curves think cause tires are so fat ... show more
