Worked Perfectly

I bought this for a friend and they have reported that this thing is awesome. It is good for about four jump starts on his mom's Honda Passport, that has a bad battery. It seems to be well made and a great value for the money. I already have a couple of these, from a different brand, but I may buy a couple of these to keep in other cars.

Jump Starter

Good jump starter, but ran low on power quickly jump starting a generator. But does the job with ease on vehicles. Would buy again.

Very Poor Customer Support
Color: Grey
Received the unit with a 70% charge. Plugged UBS cord into wall unit and watched the charge increase over time to 99%, LCD panel continued to show a blinking "In" but charge % never went above 99%. Product Support on Amazon was useless. Sent email to address in User Manual and still awaiting response. Have no idea if the unit will "rescue" me if a dead battery. Recommend that you purchase a different Jumper Starter as I am returning this one. July 7 Update - If you get a good one you might have a winner. First unit received was reviewed in above comments. Manufacturer Customer Support first response was to ask for my Amazon order number. Second response was to tell me to have Amazon ship me an exchange unit. Second unit received and charged up to 100%. Don't know yet if it will actually jump start a dead battery but will try and then report. But in any case, do not expect any Customer Support from the manufacturer.

Small but Powerful!

I had a MiniCooper Countryman with a battery went from working to dead in one day. (I guess all the smarts in the car didn't see this coming?) Could not jump it using another vehicle and jumper cables. Just would not work. Tried a trickle charger and the Countryman "ticked" like a bomb ready to blow. My wife suggested a "Jump Box" which the gent from Triple A used to start her when the battery went "bad". Ordered it, hooked it up and Joila! Looking at the unit it didn't look like it could do the trick I was mistaken. I bet you can guess where we keep this bad boy now.
