Nearly blue and play for MK3 vw. Need to swap switched and constant on oem harness and plugs right in. Recommend to get the license plate camera from another source to give oem+ look. Waiting for mine to get in.

    • Unsafe wire gauge poor quality
Review: I bought this unit based on all the glowing reviews about how “easy” it is to install, how “perfectly” it fits the C180 W202, and how “seamlessly” it connects via Bluetooth. Unfortunately, my experience tells a completely different story. First, the fit is anything but perfect. I had to modify my dash trim just to get this to sit flush, and even then it feels loose and cheap. The so-called “plug and play” install took over two hours because the connectors don’t properly match factory specs. Bluetooth worked—for about five minutes. After that, the connection became unstable, especially with my Pixel. Audio lags, cuts out intermittently, and forget trying to take a call without sounding like you’re underwater. As for the display, it looks decent at first glance, but don’t expect durability. Mine developed flickering issues within a week, and visibility in sunlight is practically nonexistent. The interface also feels clunky and unresponsive, definitely not up to modern standards. Sound quality? If you’re coming from even a basic OEM radio, this will be a downgrade. Tinny highs, no real bass, and distortion above moderate volume. I swapped it out within days. I honestly don’t understand the high ratings unless people are reviewing this straight out of the box without using it long enough to notice the flaws. Either that, or something sketchy is going on with the review system here. Save your money—this product overpromises and seriously underdelivers. ... show more

I was surprised, the camera quality is very good, inverting the touch of the screen just like a phone, it produces a good sound from the car speakers.

I returned a similar unit to Amazon because it was poor quality, bad instructions Purchase this one and it is a great unit very very pleased with my choice CarPlay Bluetooth phone media operation all night Only complaint is that if you use a USB stick, it is directly below the volume control, which is small to determine your fingers But if you connect the steering wheel remote, you don’t really have to reach for the radio anyway A good deal ... show more
