It see,a pretty secure, especially with the skirting. This run is really small. Especially for the price. I am using it for 2 chickens and it’s fine for them but I still feel like they need to free range at least half the time. I would never put even 4, definitely not 6 full size chickens in here with no free range time. I’m pretty sure they would attack each other out of being cramped. Also, the door is tiny, only for chickens. I have to get my skinny 9 year old to squeeze into it if I need something from in the run, or get a chicken out. I don’t mind ducking or crouching, but for me to get into this door would be hilarious contortion down in the chicken poop, and I’m a slender person! I don’t understand why Nestera doesn’t make this door a foot or 2 taller, or as tall as the whole run. Overall I find the Nestera system very overpriced and small. ... show more
