I would recommend for anyone 5'4 and under, otherwise would consider the unisex size. I use this for long runs (anything over 5 miles) and it's a perfect size. Not too heavy and it doesn't bounce around or cause chafing. I wanted something small but hydration belts don't work for me, this is perfect. I work at a garden center/nursery. I am always outdoors in the heat and always in need of rehydration. This was just the answer I needed! A few of my coworkers got them, and now almost everyone in the department is using one. Highly, highly recommended. Easy to use, refill, and clean. I often fill the pack with mostly ice, as it does melt in our searing 100-degree heat, even though it is insulated. It does take a while for it to melt, though, and in the meantime, I have delicious, cool/cold water to refresh me as I go about my tasks in the greenhouse/nursery.
