The good according to my experience. The Bike is very smooth. Easy to assemble and shifts smoothly. Not terrible to reach top speed of 20.3 mph but it's not made for racing. The not so good. It doesn't do 23 mph as advertised. It also does not go the 43 miles diatance. I've gotten about 17 miles tops on a full charge and that's including peddle assist. (Maybe I have a weak battery not sure.) But definitely won't do 43 miles. I had a minor issue when received but the company was extremely helpful and quick when responding and solving the issue. Good service! The only other issue is have (see picture) the paint is supposed to be semiflat black. Seems like it was scraped during production or somewhere in the shipping line and it was sprayed a glossy black which does not match the rest and is very noticeable since it's right on the top bar. Not a deal breaker. But should not be shipped out like that. Over all for the price point. If your not planning on going long distances. it's a pretty solid, smooth bike. I gave it 4 stars because of the paint issue and possible battery issue. Also added a rear bike rack and phone holder since my daughter rides it under 4 miles total back and forth to school on occasions. also added a tube bag sent to me for free by 5th wheel. Will definitely revise my review if battery doesn't hold up as it should. ... show more

We received our bike within just a few days. It was mostly assembled and easy to complete. The ride is smooth, the quality of the bike for the price is outstanding. Customer service has been wonderful since we had questions about the handlebar adjuster. I highly recommend this bike.

So far it's been a real good bike. I've had about 3 weeks and have about 15 miles on it. Battery does last awhile I and I've done a lot of night riding so using the light a lot.
