They do not stay on. The accessory tool was helpful ONCE you could get the gem to face down. But as soon as you touched it.. it falls off. So frustrating. I tried an hour plus trying to keep the gem on. I thought it was stripped so I tried the other same thing. It would've been cute.... the bar was alittle longer than expected but not too bad. If you have the patience to deal with the gem falling off... it's fine. For me not so much. Also these were supposed to be purple only one bar was the other was like a mixed color gem with additional gems that didn't match.... the purple however super cute! ... show more

The jewelry is packaged well, I love that it comes with an extra jewel in case you lose one. I have a lot of nostril rings like this and I have never had one come with extra jewels. That being said-- the only thing I don't like is that the jewels are super big and clunky. I am used to able 2 or 3mm stones that sit fairly flat against the nose and these are pretty big-- even for a horseshoe. There are several brands that make them pretty dainty. I'm not sure how long I will keep this one in, it depends on if it gets caught on things. But the stones themselves are gorgeous, especially the black opals. The fit is also perfect and the settings are well done and you can tell the stones aren't going to fall out at any point-- so I think I may be able to look past how big the stones are. The tool that comes with this is also a nicer quality one, too. It doesn't come apart easily. I do think these are good quality and a good value for what you pay for them.
