The toughest part for me was placing the back on (size and trying to align properly) so having a second person could be good for this but again I did do solo without major difficulty. My husband was constantly complaining about our old chairs being too small and uncomfortable. The cushions were so thin it felt like sitting on a slab of metal. Enough was enough—I had to get him a bigger chair with proper padding. I went with this one, and after it arrived, my husband spent about an hour assembling it (following the instructions, of course). We checked everything—the armrests, seat cushion, base, and backrest—all solid. The cushion is thick and super comfortable. The armrests and backrest are fully adjustable, and the base is solid—no wobbling or annoying squeaks when you sit down. The best part? The lumbar support has an adjustable air cushion. If the backrest doesn’t quite fit your posture, just pump it up for perfect support. The wheels are another smart design—they’re hollow, so they won’t trap hair like regular office chair wheels. (Trust me, I used to constantly clean hair out of the old ones, or they’d lock up completely.) Both my husband and I are thrilled with this chair. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve not even had this chair for 90 days. And the wheel fell off. It actually is really great chair very comfy lumbar support was great after having a back surgery. I needed a decent chair for the couple days a week. I work in the office.

Seems like good quality and looks nice! Nice "leather" material. The chair is heavy and feels like it is made with quality parts. Seat is wide and deep to accommodate big and tall. Cushion support seems like it will hold up well. Easy to assemble. Overall good value for the money.

The seat and back of the chair is great. It’s nice and wide and pretty comfortable. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because of the base the wheels that come with it, I thought was flexing enough that it was rubbing the frame so I bought replacement wheels, but I think the actual problem is the holes for the shaft of the wheel is too loose., and not supported up inside the frame. The replacement wheel at least don’t catch on the frame.
