I purchased the 55" G1 and just recently took delivery. VERY good TV. Everything about it is great. 1 thing though is GET HELP when moving this around. This tv is HEAVY. I was shocked as most flat screens these days are fairly light. This is NOT. It is very easy to damage this TV with the wrong grip and if you try to lift it by yourself you could easily damage the screen. There is almost no frame so understand that if you grab it wrong you are putting pressure directly on the flat screen. Also.. wear gloves as the oil from your hands can easily get on the screen and it's really not easy to remove it when it does.

Got the 77". It's been on the wall for a week, and so far we mostly love it. I'm using an apple TV, so haven't used any streaming features. Also haven't done any gaming. Also still using a first generation playbar, so an upgrade to an arc is in my future. Had to buy an upgraded HDMI cable for Atmos to work. The panel has five 3" concave warping points on both sides. They aren't entirely uniform, so I don't think it's by design. They are only visible when turned off, and hard to see close up. During the day, when 10' away, with the TV off, they are totally obvious. The internet seems to think this is common, and ignorable, calling it either a by-product of anti-glare coating, or a panel tension issue. With the high price tag, it's hard to ignore. I also read it described as the "panel lottery", with my chances of getting a better panel not being good. Since return is still an option, I've been in limbo while contemplating whether or not to return it. It's huge, and was special delivery, so not eager to deal with that. Getting it on the wall is a project best left to a professional. It does not come with a stand. My setup is temporary, so that's also in limbo. Getting it on the wall asap seemed safer than waiting for a professional installation. It comes with an ultra-thin mount, which connects near the top to recessed connections. The expectation is that you'll cut in a box for things that go behind it. It does accept a standard wall mount, which is the route I've gone for the moment. It's on an existing large amazon swivel mount, and holding well. Laying it flat to remove the packaging, and lifting it from flat require two people, are both a test of your nerves.

I've only had the TV hooked up 5-6 hours. But, wow this tv is amazing! I'm upgrading from a 5 yr old Sony LED 4k tv and could instantly tell a difference. After playing with the settings a little, the color and graphics are so immersive! The sound is also really good, it sounded like a theater only on 10. Was pretty loud, but the way the sound was coming from the tv gave the home theater feel by itself. The remote so far is awesome to! It works like a Wii remote, or basically like a mouse for a computer but wireless. Also offers a microphone so you can search for you favorite shows or whatever through the tv or the remote. I've also loaded Assassins Creed Valhalla up on my PS5, and wow! The detail and graphics look absolutely stunning compared to my other TV! The price is a hard thing to overcome, but after doing research and talking to a few different Electronic Geeks. I kept coming back to this TV, and definitely say so far it was worth it! Even the wife was happy with it! 😂 Also, pictures do not do justice, go to a BestBuy or closest Electronic Store and see if they have it on display!

We have 4 LG 4k tv’s and 3 are OLED. LG OLED is amazing. This latest model is great too but does not come with a base mount as all our others did. We bought a base mount for almost a hundred dollars and it did not come with mounting screws or instructions. The service response from LG was less than stellar which does make me wonder about LG. TV is terrific, service is not so much now.

I purchased this LG G1 OLED from E ZEE Electronics, Open-box, and the deal was too good to pass up. $1199 for a 55" G1 was the best deal on the whole web so I jumped on it, at the same time very skeptical that it may be a fraud. Well, it wasn't and it arrived safely although the box was pretty beat up as you can see in the pictures. The EVO panel is definitely brighter than my other LG CX OLED, with not a single scratch or dent physically on the TV and Panel. I hooked up my Xbox Series X/S and PS5 to it and it's very snappy. I will definitely recommend EZEE Electronics to anyone, give them a try and shipping is very fast from LA to NC via UPS. Best OLED TV and you should buy it over the LG C1 and CX if you dream of having a brighter OLED and the Sony A90J is out of your price range

8 million self-lit pixels = eye-popping color and deep blacks. Awesome picture quality. I had a hard time deciding whether to purchase the LG G1 or the Sony A90J, but Sony’s use of Google TV made me choose the LG. And LG manufactures the panels for other brand of OLED TVs. The $500 price drop helped seal the deal. I did not use the wall mount included with the TV because it fit perfectly on my Z-line stand, though I had to buy M6 screws to secure it. The manufacturer did not specify the length of the screw, just “standard M6.” I liked that the unit has ATSC 3.0 built in, as I don’t have cable TV and use an omnidirectional antenna for over-the-air broadcasts. The only downside of this purchase was the delivery. The confirmation email from Amazon stated, “Your signature is required.” The shipping confirmation email stated, “must be present for delivery.” The delivery confirmation said the TV was left in the mail room. Huh? I have a house and garage, but no mail room. The delivery person left the TV at the back of the house without a signature, with rain/snow preslopitation falling at 32 degrees F @ 7 am. If not for the keen eye of my neighbor, this TV would have been soaked and probably damaged. I was home at the time, sleeping, and did not sign for the delivery. Irresponsible delivery was my only complaint.

This is one of the best (if not the best) TVs/Displays I have ever seen. The blacks are perfect!! When I'm playing a game in a dark room and when loading symbols show a in corner. My brain forgets that's part of the screen. Its a amazing Television. Some of the smart features are a bit wonky. Starting the television may turn on HDMI devices your not going to use. There is no Display Port.. Port. Everything else great!!
