I purchased four of these to replace aging and unfashionable fans in my home. I just installed the first of the four today in my home gym. I’m really impressed with the quality of this thing. It installed like any other ceiling fan with a remote. Nothing complicated if you know what you’re doing. It looks great and I really like the six variable speeds and two different types of lighting (white or amber) with adjustable brightness levels for both. DO NOT BUY THIS FAN. We bought 4 and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM has failed. They work amazingly well for a few weeks then one day you shut them off from the remote and then try to turn them back on, they stop working. We bought another to replace the malfunctioning one and it stopped working. These fans are not worth buying. I have an additional 2 of these that stopped working that I now have to replace.
