The adhesion tabs were a bit hard to get off at first but once I got into a rhythm it went fast. I have to setup my home office, however my kids are a bit loud so I was looking for a good solution for a better sounding office. This was the best decision by far, the sound is crisp, there is no eco when speaking. The build quality is amazing, and setting them up is the best part. I bought them to sound proof a door in my music room. It worked well but there are a few steps to follow. The stickers included were too small for my application so I bought bigger ones on Amazon. They need 4 hours to go back to their original shape, they are shipped compressed. They smell a lot at first, so avoid opening them in a small room without ventilation. Do it in a garage or outdoor if possible. The smell will get you dizzy. Also if you are not familiar with foam panels, you want to push them up against each other and tight together when installing them otherwise you’ll ended up with a loose insulation and the soundproofing won’t be there. Overall great product for the price, don’t ignore instructions.
