What a great fan! I can’t believe how quiet it is and how rich it looks in my living room. The ability to adjust the color is wonderful along with being able to dim the lights. A size is perfect for my living room. The remote works great. I do want to specify that this is not a smart fan. It is Bluetooth. It is not smart. Meaning you have to hook this up to a light switch in order to sync the fan up with your app on your phone once you have it hooked up it’s quite impressive. ... show more

Fan is good for the price. I got it on prime week for a cheaper price than normal. It runs smooth on high. The brightness and grades of the light can be adjusted. Good features with the remote. App control is good. Negatives: it does not come with remote control batteries. When attaching the fan blades to the inner arms the powder coat messes up the threads. Several bolts had to be advanced and retracted to clear the threads of paint. It seems easy to cross thread the bolts because of this. ... show more

Designed well enough to install without instructions. Spanish side was stapled to the outside so I thought all of the instructions were Spanish.. oops. Besides that- the fan pushes air well, is quiet, and the two blade designs look passable (flat black and barnwood grey) The light is bright, but- there are not many color temperature options you can set them to. Four ranges: Hospital White, Morgue Groange, Cheetos, and of course- off. Plenty of brightness settings though! I ordered this fan because there was a coupon that made it 40% off or something like that (about $60). The value seems to be pretty fair. It is a fan/ light on a remote after all It’s exactly as advertised and doesn’t disappoint. I may update this review later if my mind changes. ... show more

Versus the other cheap low-profile ceiling fans available that I have tried: - Metal everywhere (except the blades and the light cover of course) - It looks good, not cheap. - Fan is extremely quiet; you hear the blades whipping through the air at high speeds, that's it. Zero wobble, even at max fan speed. - If you use a wall switch to turn it on and off, it remembers both the light and fan settings, so it comes back on however you had it set when you flipped the switch off. This is huge for me, the wall switch is my primary control. - Moves plenty of air, and the longer blades fill the room with moving air (in a roughly 12ft x 12ft room, at the lowest fan speed, I can easily feel the air movement, at higher speeds there is just more) - The light is average output at maximum, I'd guess 800-1000 lumens. You can dim it several levels, minimum is maybe 20% of max. - The light colors are fine, nothing special. You have 3 choices (not several settings to tweak), yellow, white and blue-ish. White if fine with me, I don't like the other colors. - The remote does everything I want it to. There is a fan timer (which I don't care about), and there is no option for "wind" i.e. semi-random, changing fan speed (which I also don't care about). Minor Nitpicks: - I'd be happy if maximum light output were higher, for the rare occasions I really need to light up the room; I basically leave it set at max output. - The layout of the light control buttons on the remote, particularly for dimming and brightening, is just kind of weird. Not so important since I don't really change the light, I just want it on or off. - It would be nice if it were a little lower profile, the blades are about 7in below the ceiling and the light cover reaches about 9in below the ceiling. This is about the lowest profile I could find with good sized blades. - It beeps when you touch a light setting button on the remote, with no consistent/complete way to turn off the beeps. There is a mute/unmute button on the remote, but it only seems to work since the last time you flipped the wall switch on; if you flip the wall switch off and come back a few minutes later and flip it on, it will beep again when you hit a remote button. If I changed the light settings often, while also using a wall switch, this would annoy me. - In addition, it beeps every time you turn the wall switch on, no matter what. This annoys me a little, but I can live with it. Seriously, who decided it needed to beep?? ... show more
