I 100% recommend this set. I have been using Stainless cookware for over 25 years now, but I have never owned a complete set until now when this great deal showed up on Amazon and I felt it was time. I have loved stainless for the ease of keeping it clean, the non-stick factor when warmed properly, and maybe a little non-stick spray before adding food, and the actual health and safety of it, rather than the questionable properties of Teflon or non-stick surfaces. Anyway, been using these for about a week now and one pan in particular on a daily basis, and I have to say that it is getting better and better with every use and cleaning. I'll admit that I attempted the recommended cleaning by Cuisinart which is recommended to keep the polished look but I feel that my usual method still works a bit better, where I lose the polished interior but it is spotlessly clean and still virtually non-stick when used as I mentioned before.

The pots are thick, heavy, and solidly built. Stainless Steel, so discoloring/staining will naturally occur if the heat gets turned up too high - but being stainless, the burners (gas in my case) do not need to be tuned up as high to get just as worm as other types of pans. Customer service is A+ as well; the first box arrived with a lid that was broken, and they shipped a replacement set (complete set) with 2-day shipping. Was not expecting that, so big kudos to them,

The media could not be loaded. Got all sizes of pots and pans you could dream of, from big ones perfect for that Sunday stew to tiny saucepans that make whipping up small batches of sauces a breeze. That massive fry pan? It's like having your own personal skillet arena where oil splatters are a thing of the past. I mean, no more playing defense with a kitchen towel every time I try to sauté something! I tested the fry pan with an egg over medium and it cooked to perfection with no sticking. Also not pictured I made a grilled cheese sandwich which also cooked to perfection. Over the weekend I plan on trying a steak and also trying one of the larger pots for a casserole. For the price I highly recommend them.
