I 100% recommend this set. I have been using Stainless cookware for over 25 years now, but I have never owned a complete set until now when this great deal showed up on Amazon and I felt it was time. I have loved stainless for the ease of keeping it clean, the non-stick factor when warmed properly, and maybe a little non-stick spray before adding food, and the actual health and safety of it, rather than the questionable properties of Teflon or non-stick surfaces. Anyway, been using these for about a week now and one pan in particular on a daily basis, and I have to say that it is getting better and better with every use and cleaning. I'll admit that I attempted the recommended cleaning by Cuisinart which is recommended to keep the polished look but I feel that my usual method still works a bit better, where I lose the polished interior but it is spotlessly clean and still virtually non-stick when used as I mentioned before. ... show more

They're ok. They work with my induction cooktop and they're a nice weight. However, the handles on the pots and the lids get hot. My other pots don't conduct heat where they are touched when cooking. With these, I have to have always have pot holders handy when I use them, or forget to use them and get a hot surprise! So, that makes these inconvenient compared to my others. ... show more
