The media could not be loaded. We moved into our house that the previous owner left their projector setup in the movie room but the projector no longer worked. Instead of replacing it with an expensive one, we wanted to find one that was portable so we could use it inside and outside but could still display 1080p. This stood out to us because of the 4k support and the 18k lumens. Out of the box, this was fairly easy to setup. Wifi connected immediately and since we had existing hookups from the previous owner, the HDMI and auxiliary were simple plug and play. Given that our screen is 123", the display is surprisingly crisp and audio is clear. We only wanted to take advantage of the existing movie room setup so we were not expecting superb performance but this seems to do well. The picture from this projector for the price is amazing 🤩 but the screen is horrible to try and get the creases out of it I recommend just buying a different screen also get a sound bar for it the on board sounds isn't the greatest for watching a movie

Cannot stream Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ through screen mirroring or by directly connecting Roku device via HDMI cord due HDCP errors. Troubleshooting doesn’t help. I got this unit after returning another 1080p model that was twice the price but had horrible image quality and no horizontal keystone. This one had an image with better tones, less noise and 4D keystone. It's nowhere near my Optoma 4k projector, but since it's just for my office it's just right. My wife and I was hesitant on picking just any projector. After a long look we finally went back and purchased this one! Does everything we need it to do. It’s wide, it’s compatible with our fire stick our surround sound etc. we had a small hiccup with a disfunction 9 months after purchasing it. HOWEVER, I emailed the customer service team and they immediately offered me to A order another one and they’ll refund me or B wait a few days and they’ll ship me a brand new one. I wasnt under any warranty and also had it so long that I was past the refund point. They’ll have me no hard time with making things right.
