I have try many times to contact seller. Having so many issues with this product i bought 3 of them only can use 1. I explain my car only have 1 cigarettes charge. If I plug all 3 plus my dash cam. It burn the charger. If you don't have many outlets in you car don't buy It have been a headache. And to connect to the wifi. Another big issue. No I don't recommend
