The 4K 3‑Channel Dash Cam (Front, Rear, Inside) comes with excellent video quality and views from different angles; however, there are several limitations to its usability. Performance & Video Quality: The front camera does the recording in 4K, while the rear and inside cameras record at 1080P. The wide‑angle lenses also provide strong coverage, while the WDR night vision catches clear footage even at low‑light conditions. The video quality is great, and that is considered the strongest point of this dashcam. Power & Parking Mode: This unit does not have any internal battery. When the car is turned off, the camera shuts down immediately, without taking a few seconds. Because of that, it cannot record incidents while parked unless it's connected to a wired 24‑hour power source. Parking mode does work when hardwired, not by itself. App & Connectivity: The Wi‑Fi app control is really useful; everything from reviewing footage to managing settings is done through the app. The camera itself only switches between the three views and doesn’t offer extra functions. Connecting to the dash cam’s Wi‑Fi disables internet access on your phone while in use. To review videos, either use the app or remove the SD card and connect it to a laptop or phone with an SD reader. Mounting & Design: The camera attaches using adhesive mounting to the windshield - no suction cup is provided. The movement is limited to less than 45° up and down, providing limited adjustment options. The inside camera also has much flexibility, it goes up and down with an angle more than the front cam! Cables provided are just about enough to connect the dash cam and rear cam, but not especially long. Features & Limitations: • No GPS included. • No photo-taking option if not connected to the app. • Adhesive mount only. • Smaller camera adjustment angles. Positives: • Excellent 4K and 1080P video quality. • Reliable loop recording and G‑sensor impact detection. • Compact 2‑inch IPS screen with clear display. • App control is very smooth and responsive. It’s cheap, feels and looks it too. Good enough for a car we only drive on weekends. Doubt it’s actually 4k image, and the voice is annoying.
