How this camera got the reviews it did, is beyond me. So, you are just an average North American dude and you are looking for an inexpensive camera for a just in case moment, please read my review. Bought one camera and it literally fell apart when I tried to use the suction cup and attach it to the window. Ok, figured it was user error and it was my fault. So, I ordered another and attempted it again. This time, I got it in place. Installed the app and tried to connect, as per manual. Managed to connect once and it was not showing the image from straight ahead, it was showing to the left. So, I installed the camera on an angle to work around this. Tried to connect to the app again and never could connect. The app and the website you connect to is sketchy. I was not comfortable with it trying to get me to download things after I already had the app working previously and knew I had the app on the iPhone. This is junk, buy something else. I’ve got two useless cameras now. You should be able to rate zero stars. ... show more

Camera works, but without a hardwire kit, don't expect it to work for more than a few hours while your car is parked, if you live in an urban environment. Their support is email only, amd dont always respond. Imo it is worth the price.

Update: I plugged the camera into another power source and it still works. After some testing, I found it blew the fuse in my car. Replaced the fuse and plugged it in again. I heard it pop the fuse again. I purchased a lighter with a usb plug and used a new cord to plug in the camera and it works perfectly again! I purchased this in July 2023. During an hour long drive in December 2025 it suddenly died and would not turn back on. For the price, I think getting 2.5 years out of it was pretty good. I didn’t expect much from this except to provide proof if ever needed while driving. It’s a shame it didn’t last longer though. ... show more

The camera works well, however I am unable to use connect to my phone. The password they supplied for first time set up does not work. Their customer support does not exist. Is you need help with anything, forget it.
