However, they were so uncomfortable when you’re walking or on your feet for more than a few hours. I ordered these in preparation for fair week (easily 15,000 a day for a week). Made my shoes more comfortable, so helped a lot, but my feet did not really appreciate the bubbles. So if you're on your feet for longer than 4 hours, I would bring a change of shoes. That fixed it. And this is allowing me to keep getting use out of some not comfortable shoes

These insoles don’t feel too bad on the foot problem is the insoles are not the size I needed. I am a size 12 and ordered the 11.5-12.5 insoles and they are about half an inch smaller than the insoles in my shoes without being trimmed to size.

These shoe inserts are great! I have plantar fasciitis and putting these in my Brooks and been a lifesaver! Highly recommend. The shoes give great support but these give the comfort! I will buy more for sure!

I have these in my tactical work boots and I work 12+ hour shifts. My feet rarely ever hurt but these make sure I don’t realize it lol I haven’t switched these out yet because they don’t lose their shape and I’ve had these for almost a year now. They don’t smell, arch support is okay. They’re durable, functional, not too thick, and good pain relief.
