I did have to purchase other items this kit didn't have like the thermometer and surgical scissors which would have been nice to have in this kit. The whelping cards are rather small, not sure who can write that little and still be legible but over all very nice kit and would buy again. All items are nice quality and those collars are wonderful.

The scissors didn’t cut the cord and the cord clips didn’t close easily. When working with new borns you can’t be wrestling with poor quality tools. Fortunately mom was able to chew the cords.

The kit was not helpful. The stethoscope was cheap, the collars are felt and don’t stay on, the dog took care of the umbilical cords, feel like I wasted money on this.

There was literally nothing that was useful in this kit other than the rubber gloves and collars that it came with. The clamps were cheap and held nothing. The puppies wanted zero to do with the cheap rubber nipples that came with the cheap bottles. NONE of the nipples even had holes in them. You had to make your own. This kit was a complete waste of money. I had to order bottles that came with silicone nipples. I'm hoping those actually work.

I ordered this kit as a precaution. I did return the item because we ended up not needing it but the contents in this box would have been very useful. The stethoscope was a little generic and had to piece it together so unsure if it really works as I didn’t try it.
