We ordered the hot water heater and it arrived without the remote. The second unit amazon sent out was missing the remote also. After amazon said they would not replace again i contacted the seller. Unfortunately they were unable to ship me a remote, but they did refund some money. So all in all a great seller.     • Cannot run sink faucet at full flow.
It does heat water but cannot use sink faucet at full flow. It is really insufficient for washing dishes. It would be great for washing your hands.

Although the description says there is a remote control, there is NOT! I particularly wanted remote control!!!

Setup was fairly easy, got it to use in our camper, didn't get to test it ahead of time and what a crap surprise to discover it was junk all the way out in the woods. I disregarded all the bad reviews, please do not make the same mistake I did.
