The product is excellent and the real deal. I would not want to switch to another vendor/company. However, I received the sage yesterday, though it was due the day before. I needed it when I was told it would be delivered. If I had known the delivery date would be so rapidly changed, I would have gone with someone more reliable, as I needed this to be delivered as stated. I ultimately had to drive 2 hrs away to get it I must say that this was the 1st mishap with this company. I am a repeat customer and product is normally ALWAYS delivered on the date stated.
