This scooter is awesome. Folds down for easy storage or to take in the car or use it for travel. It’s airline and cruise approved. I bought it to take on a cruise. It’s fits through a standard cabin store. It drives easily and has several speeds. Turns sharply so easy to maneuver. Has horn and light. This scooter arrived quickly and was packed carefully. The setup was easy and took less than 30 minutes to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow as well. If needed there was a QR code to take you to a video showing how to assemble it. It is very attractive! We were impressed by the speed and turning ability. The seat is comfortable too. Right out of the box we were able to use it because it came with a partially charged battery. Loading and unloading to the back of the vehicle was a breeze and the weight was just right. I just unboxed and set it up. It’s very simple to set up and lightweight, but also quality. I’ll update this after a few weeks of my dad driving it. Feels sturdy with the metal frame around the seat, which I like, and I think it will be easy enough to get in and out of without a swivel which I was worried about, but actually I think it’s gonna be quite simple. The double battery system is probably a good idea if you can afford to get the higher mileage one. I’m gonna see if I can get another battery. I ordered the lower one and the second battery container is just a shell. But seriously, I just had to screw a couple knobs, no tools needed, and it’s set up and ready to go. Pro’s: 40 lbs is lighter than most models & holds up to 300 lbs. Easily folds down & fits in the trunk of my 4 door VW. Battery seems good. I will be purchasing a backup. It’s nice that there is a compartment for it. Con’s: Does not handle well on rough surfaces. The basket is a huge obstacle!!! Don’t bump into anything or the silver rim will crush like an empty soda can. This is my first chair so I was getting used to it. Wheels have gotten stuck in gravel.
