I purchased two of the Lightweight Mobility Scooter for Adults & Seniors and was so pleased with them! The were so much easier to handle then our previous scooters and the silver color is outstanding. Purchasing the extra batteries extends the battery life which gives us a longer time in the community and the lighter weight makes it much easier to lift them into the vehicles and we no longer have to assemble them when we reach our destination and disassemble before putting them back in the vehicle. I would also like to note that I received my scooters 4 days after ordering and 8 days earlier than the delivery date!! Thank you so much for making our lives easier and more enjoyable.

WOW! What a scooter! Everything is right about this product. It sports a Beautiful Design, Power, Maneuverability and Speed more than adequate for both me and my wife to use. I'm the big one, 5'10", just under 200# and it fits my form and powers my weight with no problem; I expect it will be comfortable for the long ride. It's "zippy" and very fun to ride. I tested it in our house in the living room and hallway. Even in those relatively close quarters it maneuvered around a tight corner and thru a 30 inch door with inches on both sides to spare. Sharp enough turning radius so that I didn't even need to back up once to do it; just went thru first try. Once into the hall I thought to myself "a little too slow" so I turned up the speed dial from 2 to 5 and "zipped" down the hall at greater speed. What fun! With a max speed of 6 on the 0-6 speed scale I may have a problem keeping up with my wife as I walk beside her as she drives the scooter (we got this for her mobility impairment of degenerative arthritis in each knee - cannot walk or stand for very long). Final notes: The User’s Guide is excellent and uncomplicated; has everything covered and clearly, simply, stated. When I started out I could not get the scooter to move even though everything seemed OK. I knew it was the first time and that it was likely my understanding of its operation, so I gave the manual to my wife to read over and she found the Drive-lock mechanism on the back bottom of the scooter (under the seat next to the rear wheels) and suggested I engage the drive. Flick of the lever and all was well. I had one question about where to buy a second battery charger to keep as a backup so contacted the Customer Service at the email address stated in the User’s Guide and got a clear, concise response within 24 hours. So I can say their customer Service (and User’s Guide), in my experience, is better than most other product manufacturers out there. I can’t wait to get on the open road (IE: bike paths and sidewalks) in the development and the local park for her initial traveling ‘adventure’. I might just get another one for myself if she’s having too much fun!

It definitely fits the description. It's great light weight easy to move and goes anywhere comfortable and the batter is long lasting and easy to charge. It is also very sturdy and easy to adjust handlebars.

I ordered 2 scooters and there were minor tracking issues, which they responded and straightened out very quickly, customer service is the best I have ever dealt with from a third party seller, Leo who is with customer service at Mobility Gear, who sells the scooter was very considerate and understanding, he sent me a replacement charger right away when I needed it, they back their product up, Safety is first, and that says a lot in my book. And the scooter is solid but lightweight and easy to operate and fold up, great product all around!

I call this scooter my “Silver Bullet.” I wanted something bright enough to feel fun but not flashy or over-the-top, and this one hit the mark perfectly. It looks sleek, modern, and far from boring. More importantly, it performs beautifully. The scooter is smooth, responsive, and very easy to maneuver. I ride with my dog—an Australian Shepherd—so being able to react quickly and steer easily is important. This scooter handles that really well and feels very stable. One of my favorite features is the front basket. It’s removable and has carrying handles, which makes it incredibly practical. It did a take out box perfectly. I also use it to carry my batteries up to my apartment since I live on the fifth floor. Customer service has also been excellent. One of my batteries arrived damaged, and they made sure a replacement got to me right away. They were also extremely helpful when I asked about adjusting the forward/reverse toggle for left-hand use. I manage my dog with my right hand and drive the scooter with my left. They sent a simple video showing how to switch it, and a friend followed the instructions—it took almost no time. I haven’t traveled with the scooter yet, but it seems very portable and easy to lift and move when needed. The biggest thing I can say is that this scooter has truly changed my life. It lets me go farther and stay active again. One day I rode 7½ miles around town with my dog, something I wouldn’t have been able to do before. If you’re looking for a scooter that’s reliable, easy to maneuver, and backed by responsive customer service, this one has been a fantastic choice for me.

When I purchased this scooter a few months ago, it was $799 + I bought both batteries. I am pleased with the scooter but the distance this will travel on the batteries is VERY optimistic. At best over good roads I can travel about 4 -5 miles. My batteries are over half gone at 2 miles. I wouldn't want to travel all day in a mall. Just discovered my batteries are only charging to 25.5 vdc instead of 29.2 volts as lithium are at full charge.

Product worked out of the box. We tested it over our largest 'hill' and it worked well. The lights were well placed. The seat was very comfortable and it was able to move either my wife or I. Loved the basket on the front. Liked the dual battery for extended zooming. We had a transmission issue and sent in the request for assistance and received a very quick response! We've been very happy so far!
