Remote operations, no pull strings. Light is bright (will not dim from wall switch) only from remote. Good for bedroom. I installed on a existing ceiling light from when the house was built. Had to improvise securing the main bracket but it worked

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to install. Works great. Pairs with app. I thought it would also pair with Apple home, but it does not. When I was researching a fan to buy I asked the AI Rufus if it would and it said it did, but it does not. Not sure if it works with Alexa. It has good airflow. The size is perfect for my bedroom and it’s quiet. My only concern is if the light ever quits working, you would have to probably replace the whole entire unit. ... show more

This might be the worst piece of junk I’ve ever ordered and trust me, I’ve made some questionable late night purchases. Do yourself a favor and don’t be like me, bedazzled by a bargain price and false hope. The “directions” (and yes, those quotation marks are doing heavy lifting) were absolutely no help. I’m convinced they were written by someone who has never assembled anything more complex than a sandwich. It also came with several mystery metal parts that were not listed anywhere and definitely didn’t belong on this fan/light. The parts that were supposed to work either barely fit or didn’t fit at all. I had pieces arguing with each other like they were from two completely different products. I saw the decent reviews and thought, “Hey, maybe I’ll get lucky.” Nope. The only thing I got was humbled. ... show more
