    • Very disappointed with this item. It was not a direct replacement for my garage door opener.
An extra bolt to connect the chain to the trolley was included. It did not match the one on my opener. The bolt included was different than the bolt on my trolley. My old bolt did not fit the new trolley. The nuts on the old bold did not fit the new bolt. I had to find mre nuts to complete reassembly. ... show more

    • Mostly pretty good
The trolley was good enough for my application. The inner part of my old trolley was broken and the replacement was pretty much identical to the broken one. The outer part was shorter than the old outer part, so I used the old part, though I think the new, shorter part would have been fine. The threaded part that connects to the end of the drive belt appears to be included because the old part tends to get damaged when the part that I needed fails. The problem with this part was that it was threaded at 20 TPI instead of 18 TPI. It is 5/16" diameter and 5/16-20 is not the required size, or even a standard size as far as I can tell. Fortunately, I was able to reuse the old part, which was damaged, by running it through a 5/16-18 die. ... show more
