First of all, the cordless feature is a huge plus. No more worrying about tangled cords or limited range. I was able to clear my driveway quickly without any hassle. The battery lasts longer than I expected, and I was able to finish the job on a single charge. It’s surprisingly effective for light to moderate snow. It cuts through the snow easily and throws it a good distance, which really saves time. 1- get 5 batteries and two chargers 2- don’t expect any of them to last more than 15 minutes 3- don’t get this if you have actual snow, outside of “surprise, it’s snowing in Florida!” situations 4- just don’t get this It’s shoddy and cheap, and it binds on anything more than 2” of completely dry fluffy snow. Absolutely no use in actual winter climates. If there’s a footprint it bonds up, if you’re plowed in, don’t bother just use it as a hacksaw. If there’s ice use salt a lot of it and do not even bother with this thing. You’re lasting 15 minutes and that is it on easy terrain. It’s not just a cheap battery, it’s $30 level of construction. I had 30 foot long side walks to do and I thought this would be a nice easy alternative to shoveling or buying a full on snowblower. I wasn’t expecting to get down to the pavement or anything like that. It’s basically using a hand mixer to shovel your driveway. That is literally exactly what it is. You’re better off investing in an extra $200 of salt and just be lazy every year. It binds up every time it hits more than 4 inches, anytime it hits any rock or layer of compacted snow. It’s not even worth $150. I’m actually embarrassed that I spent the money on this thing I donated to my workplace.

Impressive performance. The 40V battery provides plenty of power — I can clear my driveway, sidewalk, and patio on a single charge. It comes with two batteries and a quick charger, which is a big plus since I can keep one charging while using the other. The brushless motor makes a noticeable difference in both power and noise. It cuts through packed snow easily, and the 13-inch clearing width is perfect for home use without being bulky or hard to handle. The lightweight, cordless design makes it easy to maneuver, even in tighter areas like decks or around cars. Setup was simple — just charge the batteries, attach the handle, and it’s ready to go. It’s much quieter than a gas snow blower, and there’s no dealing with oil or fumes. I also like how it throws snow a good distance without clogging, even with slightly wet snow. If you’re looking for a battery-powered snow blower that’s compact but still packs a punch, this one is definitely worth considering. Ok, the very first time I used was heavy wet snow. I can see how it works now. It works great with fluffy snow. Probably 10 inch can be blown easy. But for wet snow, you have to limit maybe 3-4 inches. Motor cannot beat heavy sorbet. When I used it, it was very wet and heavy. If I had to shovel manually, I would have hated that kind of snow. But guess what, with this, I didn’t need to lift anything! That was a big help. Also, it’s super lightweight. Just slide this thing on the ground, and it blows the snow. Wanna know the cons, too? The ladies with a weak grip like me will get the hand tired because of the structure. Also, changing the blowing direction can be a bit hard if the snow is wet and stuck on the blade. And, depends on the snow quality, the battery can die quick like 15 minutes. But with 2 batteries, normal size house can benefit from this. I’m thinking about getting the second one for my husband, because i’m keeping it😆

Product review: power snow shovel Conditions: it's 18 degrees out, there's about 8-10" of snow with 1-2" sleet in top of it (and still falling). Assembly: Comes with two 40v battery packs and charger. No instructions, but it's pretty obvious and takes less than 5 minutes to put it together. Light weight (easily operated with one hand). My only complaint would be the upper handle is a little squishy and doesn't seem strong enough. Also comes with an extra replacement blade for the bottom when it scrapes on the ground. Operation: it's got a safety interlock for some reason, but once you pull the trigger, it will stay running until you let go or something gets stuck in it like a stick or grass. The snow was a little deeper and heavier than I think this was made to deal with, but it does a pretty good job of digging in and clearing down to the ground. Took a little to figure out how best to use it, but running it back and forth like you're vacuuming the area worked well. You can point the discharge in either direction (left or right), but straight works best. It did throw the snow at least 10ft. Battery: battery life isn't that great, but likely due to the heavy snow and sleet. I was able to clear about 3/4 of my driveway (two cars wide and 25ft long), but only by swapping battery packs. Takes a while to recharge one, about 3-4 hrs, so clearing the steps, deck, and sidewalks is going to have to be later. Overall: for the price, not a bad purchase. I think in the typical <6" of snow, this will work great.
