    • Feels sturdy enough to support my weigth but is not comfortable.

Chair arrived fast. Well before the time they estimated. I weight 350 lbs and I am 6'6" tall. Chair feels sturdy. Wheels roll well. I thought it was going to be too low to the floor but its a good height. I wish I had watched the assembly video before I purchased it. It shows the chairs features better than just the pictures. The back of the chair goes past my shoulders. I keep hitting my heel on the edge of the caster. My previous chair it was rounded over the wheels. On this one it angles up, so if I move my foot back without thinking, I hit it on the metal and it hurts ( at home office wearing sandal type footwear. I fit in the seat, but my last chair had open arm rests that you could lift. From the picture I thought you can lift these, but they are in place. Other large people may feel a bit squished. I feel squished. The lumbar support digs into my back. Even when you put it to the minimum I feel something pressing into my back uncomfortably. Putting the back on was not fun. The video shows laying the chair on its side, while the instructions show it from and angle that now I realize mean lay it on the floor. I didnt want to damage the material, but that method would probably have helped. I dont like that some of the bolts dont snug into their sockets. they grip and then get loose. maybe this is a feature to keep from stripping the threads or maybe they are just cheap. I will come back in a month to give an update, but as of now, I wish I had paid more and gotten a different chair design. For less than 100 dollar more I see a chair that holds up to 500 lbs and has open arm rests that you can adjust. ... show more

Everything has been great, I'm 300 lbs plus and this chair fits me with room to spare. it is comfortable for a full day in front of the computer and has all the adjustments required. Much better then a "real" office chair I have that cost 6x as much.

One of the chair arms arrived damaged and cushion deformed. It was much harder to put together than it should have been. Took me forever to screw in the arms to the seat and backrest. I'm a big strong guy and had to put some elbow grease to get them tightened. *UPDATE Updated to 5 stars because seller got in touch to send me a new arm and make it right. Great customer service. Put the chair together and there is an anchor in the back rest that just spins. I'm unable to tighten the screw. The chair leans to one side because of the lack of support. Contacted customer service and they stated I would have to pay to return this defective chair for a replacement or a $100 refund. It's defective and they are unwilling to fix the problem. ... show more
