Love my beautiful and very needed little scooter. I am 85 and cannot stand or walk. I am wheelchair bound and now happily will have fun on this scooter. It took me about 5 to 10 minutes to put it together. Such an easy assembly. The only confusing part was charging the battery. I did it correctly because it works great this morning. I just didn't know what to do about that little red switch in the charge up compartment. I found nothing on the Internet site nor in the booklet that helped me. I just took a chance, ignored that red switch, plugged in the cable charger for 10 hours. When I awoke I unplugged the charger and put the key in and nothing happened. I thought what do I have to lose as I looked at that red switch and decided to push it forward. I did so, turn the key again and wow the lights lit up. I was so happy. To improve this product,the company who sells this scooter should address this red switch in their information booklet and in the video and be sure the color of the switch is clearly red. Also, this Company does need to include somewhere their phone number for customer support. As of now there is none. I am just so glad I took a chance, prayed, without knowing, did the right thing and now I am going for a ride on my new scooter. thank you Paulette M

Great for personal mobility!

This has been great for me, giving me a new freedom to go places I previously couldn’t walk around with my walker. Although it weighs over 80 pounds, I can get it in & out of my trunk by myself, but it’s a strain. Much better if you have someone to help! It fits nicely in the trunk of my Toyota Camry. Hold a charge well; I rode around Universal in Orlando for over 8 hours on one charge. Also has speed control so you can go as fast or slow as you like.

I was going to rent a Skooter for my trip to Washington for independence Day. But, this was only about $50 more than renting me for a weekend. It works great! It preformed great on pavement, sidewalks and grass. a highly recommend.

Doesn’t come apart fully and is actually quite heavy.

It’s a nice scooter and does great for my mom, however, it only comes apart from the seat, the seat arms and the basket. It weighs about 85 pounds and just taking the seat off only loses about 10-15 pounds which means you’re lifting close to 70 pounds. It needs to come fully apart including taking the battery out. It barely fits in my car and I’m looking for a ramp/platform for the back of my car. If my mom were alone, she wouldn’t be able to put it in a car, it’s just too heavy. I assumed it was like others where the battery came out, but this doesn’t.

We bought this for my mom, and I absolutely love that it helps her get around and opens the world back up to her. The scooter itself is lightweight and easy to manage. If you’re steady on your feet, you should be able to lift it in and out of a vehicle yourself. If you’re unsteady, I’d definitely recommend having someone help. One thing I would caution buyers about is watching the shipping price. When the scooter went on sale, the shipping cost increased enough that it essentially brought the total price back up. Aside from that, we’re very happy with the scooter itself!

Received product fully charged. Used scooter one day drained to 1/3 power. Attempted to recharge it will not charge. Disappointing for price and need for it. Waste of money DO NOT BUY!

For the price, this scooter is amazing! It was simple to put together and take apart. It's quite heavy and wouldn't recommend for daily loading and unloading out of a vehicle. This definitely helps my mom have a better quality of life. She absolutely loves it and gets up and down the curb cuts with ease.
