scooter's quality is terrible, I wasted a lot time to install it, I am 80+, it's no easy to me, very heavy, when I finish, SCOOTER CAN NOT TURN ON, I am very disappointed, I tried to check the whole scooter depending on guide book. it still not work. so I given up, I request return, seller service is as same bad as their product. Incredible product, looks sharp, sits well, has amazing power, love the front light and break light... has been great, minute all the product weight is in the back with the power source, so it's hard to lift up and put into a car/suv

Very easy to transport in trunk of car. Many require two people to put in and take out of trunk. My husband's meniscus buckled and he could not see doctor till after holidays, which was 2 weeks. This chair saved us. He had the freedom to go to get around and go to restroom independently! The chair also was delivered before expected date.

This scooter is way too Heavy for a senior to lift into or take out of the trunk of their vehicle. The video that this company shows has to have a body builder removing it from the car. Unless you have 2 or 3 people to help you Don't buy this scooter. If you try to return it YOU are responsible for shipping which is almost $300. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
