Questions answered quickly, quick ship and reasonable delivery. 1st question was does the seat swivel, based on design it does NOT swivel, but was not a big deal for us, we liked the locking under seat compartment better, plus arm rest flips up. In all, a shorter person and certain condition may be negative. The color you see on the item does not due justice, it looks like the Mazda red. We love it. They do not mention that "C" model has the remote key fob keyless start and alarm, a very good bonus...lock purse in underseat compartment, set alarm, go to restroom, somebody rolls the scooter...they need to go to restroom. As far as brakes...you have to squeeze hand brakes, one for slow, slow down stop, both for quick stop, as far as letting off the power, it will coast and slow down due to weight unless down hill, then your on a roll, could be a negative if you have a hand condition. All in all, everything worked perfect, shipped fast, delivered reasonably fast and friendly, but most of all, saved $550 and got the remote. Highly-recomend seller. ... show more

    • Does not work in grass but if your just using on pavement ,a great scooter

Bought this scooter for my husband that is disabled. Beautiful scooter and color but does not work in grass.Couldn't get traction to go in reverse or forward. Riding on pavement or sidewalk works well.
