UPDATED! With the support of the seller, the difficult to find repar parts we made readily available. Nonetheless, This unit does have a bit of weight, but if you break it down it not so heavy to move in and out of the back of a SUV. It's much to put in and take out of a vehicle trunk. So I breakdown by removing the basket, seat and battery, placing the base in first, then setting the battery, seat and basket loosely on the base. Again, by working with the seller I finally was able to gain information on a resource to procure spare parts. Also note, when you first turn it on, wait about 10-seconds for the electronics to boot, for if you don't the fault sensors will not allow it to run. Otherwise, being 6 foot, there's just barely leg room for me. Not recommended for taller individuals. More so, this is a good price as compared to others. ... show more

Bought this scooter for our winter home in AZ after my husband's West Nile paralysis and recovery. Nice scooter to get around in, easy to fold up and put in the back of an SUV, but doesn't fit in the trunk of a smaller car. The horn is ridiculously loud and really needs to either have a switch that you can turn it up or down depending on the situation, or a disconnect when you are in the house. We are trying to find the speaker to put duct tape over it to try to tone it down. It doesn't cut short corners, you have to back up to go up ramps with 90 degree turns, but it does inclines without an issue. For the price we paid are very happy with it, it is definitely not a Jazzy, but it certainly does exactly what we want it to, which is fold and transport from place to place!! ... show more

i was pleasantly surprised easy to put together only needed to put the seat post and arm rest on. works surprisingly well. pretty fast , stable ,found no problems at all . fits in back of my equnox after you take the seat off .keep in mind this scooter does not split a part like more expensive scooters its one peace but not hard to put in the back of the suv .battery last a long time i found it well worth the money i really had low expectations because of the price i was pleasantly surprised . ... show more

The scooter came nicely packed and was fairly simple to assemble. It was mostly assembled in the box. The manual is about worthless, though. It runs well. My only real gripe is how wide the turning radius is. You will need to practice driving this and get your turn approaches down. It swings very wide. My wife had experience with the 3-wheelers and they turn on a dime. It could just be the limitation of two wheels up front. ... show more

This scooter is really zippy!! You will need to take it slow until you get used to it. It is easy to transport, just remove seat and fold handle bar down. Didn't fit in the trunk of Buick, it's not very big. Also weighs 90 pounds. It will make life alot easier.
