We got for my dad since his stroke for camping and festivals so he doesn’t miss anything and can venture out on his own. Just remove the battery with hand, pull out seat and fold. To terribly heavy and doesn’t take up as much room as you would think. Stays charged forever and has rotating seat, also came with cup holder. We purchased for a trip to Florida including disney. IT NEVER WORKED and I can’t get a response for the company. POOR customer service. Now I have a scooter than has never been used. I had to end up renting scooters at Disney at 65 a day.
