Why did you pick this product vs others?: Awesome product and best deal out there. We got for my dad since his stroke for camping and festivals so he doesn’t miss anything and can venture out on his own. Just remove the battery with hand, pull out seat and fold. To terribly heavy and doesn’t take up as much room as you would think. Stays charged forever and has rotating seat, also came with cup holder. My husband also made a holder for his cane out of PVC and attached to basket so has everything he needs to be independent! Sturdy, dad is about 6’ and 240 lb

This scooter was easy to assemble. It is very heavy to pick up and put in the car. Even with the battery & seat removed. But it will help me to get around with my back problems.

My Husband is 6'4" tall with long thighs and he fits perfectly on the scooter. It was extremely easy to assemble and maneuvers well. It goes up inclines without any difficulty and the speed control dial is incredibly responsive. The seat adjusts easily and without any difficulty to fit many people. It has transformed my 91 year old Husband's life allowing him to rejoin in family outings and events.

We purchased for a trip to Florida including disney. IT NEVER WORKED and I can’t get a response for the company. POOR customer service. Now I have a scooter than has never been used. I had to end up renting scooters at Disney at 65 a day.
